$15 per Signature Notarized & Travel & Time Fee starting at $15 depending on location & time of appointment.

What does $15 Per Signature Notarized mean?
There is a $15 per signature notarized fee. This is YOUR signature (or the signer of the documents) being notarized, NOT the Notaries Signature. -
Example A- You have 1 document, for this example let's say a grant deed, and you and your spouse are both signing the document and need it notarized. That would be 2 Signatures notarized.

Example B- You have multiple documents that you need notarized lets say its 4 documents; a power of attorney, trust, trust certificate, and advanced health care directive. If you are the only signer on these documents this would be a total of 4 signatures notarized.

What do I need to have ready for the appointment?

The individual(s) who's signature is being notarized must physically be at the appointment.

The documents to be notarized.

A valid ID, provided it is current or has been issued within the last five years. (Examples: Drivers License, State ID, Passport) *If the signer does not have ID there are other ways to verify

Do You Need a Witness?
I can witness documents during our notary appointment for free & provide a second witness. *There is a fee for the second witness.
*If you only need a witness, and no notarization services, a fee will be incurred.
